Rescheduling: In the event that your artist had to cancel your appointment, generally they will offer you the first opportunity to reschedule at your convenience, ensuring that your deposit is transferred to the new appointment time.
Each artist deals with their schedules directly as we are all independent contractors so we do not have direct access to change or agree to change an appointment with an artist.
Our artists will communicate with you as soon as possible if there are any changes to your scheduled appointment. If in the rare case your artist is unable to contact you directly we will do our best to ensure we reach out and notify. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and commit to working with you to find the most suitable solution.
